Account Registration & Management

A personal account must be created to gain full access to the 75kbd platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of account registration.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Your name, mobile number, email address, and all other information must be completely accurate.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to 75kbd immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account login credentials secure. Allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, notify 75kbd support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

75kbd follows an identity verification process to ensure security. The following documents may be requested for withdrawals or large transactions:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.
• Proof of address documents if required.

75kbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

The 75kbd platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
• Providing false information about age will result in account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• 75kbd reserves the right to verify age at any time.
• For users outside Bangladesh, the local laws of that country will apply.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

75kbd supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others).
• Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed due to technical issues or security checks.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

75kbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and they must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• Another example: depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• A set time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game category — details will be stated on the bonus page.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of 75kbd is final.
• 75kbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

• Taking any action with the intent to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial means.
• Any attempt at hacking or cyberattack.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Any attempt to harass or harm other users.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

If a prohibited activity is detected, 75kbd reserves the right to terminate the account immediately and without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Online gaming inherently carries financial risk. 75kbd does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Potential financial losses from gaming.
• Interruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection.

Notice of Changes

• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
• If the updated terms are not acceptable, the option to close the account is available.

Account Termination

• The user can request account closure at any time through 75kbd support.
• In case of a terms violation, 75kbd may close the account without prior notice.
• Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method (excluding bonus funds).
• In cases of fraud or prohibited activity, all balances may be forfeited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved accordingly.
